The description: In one respect, it is surprising that the “Guys Gone Wild” series of discs would be reviewed for the gay section of Rad Video. Unlike the “Girls Gone Wild” brand, there is not the blatant acknowledgement of or encouragement to engage in same sex activity. The discs are clearly tailored to the female audience, with the primary off camera voices being female, though there are occasional male voices heard as well. Still, the sexual discussion is always hetero in nature, with any allusion to male-male interplay done in a condescending and decidedly not gay-friendly tone that one might hear in any frat house across the country. But then, one remembers that a significant, if not majority, of the Playgirl readership and audience is male. Amongst gay men, there will always be an audience who watching straight men get naked and more. “ Guys Gone Wild: Summer Vacation ”delivers straight men in spades, filmed in several locations such as Cancun and South Padre Island. It is not as generous in getting them naked and hard. There is much teasing to witness with several guys flexing their muscles or baring their butts, but keeping the family jewels under wraps. There are two sequences with the subjects taking showers for the camera, but not much else. One handsome, but too cocky for his own good, young man boasts of having 8.5 inches but does not show evidence of it even after playing with it for a while. Only two young men, fine specimens though they are, in the nearly hour long disc get the goods standing at attention and squirting. Unfortunately, while the young men on display are unquestionably hot, there may not be enough meat or bone (r) here to hold most men’s interest.
